These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of EvoKids, an AI-powered child development platform operated by Evolution.Life LLC, located at 1309 Coffeen Ave., STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, accessible at https://kids.gtn.life.

By accessing this website and creating an account, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use EvoKids if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Definitions

"Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website and compliant with the Company's terms and conditions.

"The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us" refers to Evolution.Life LLC.

"Service" refers to the EvoKids platform, including AI-powered child talent analysis, development recommendations, and consultations with the AI assistant EVA.

"Party", "Parties" refers to both the Client and ourselves.

We employ the use of cookies. By accessing EvoKids, you agreed to use cookies in agreement with the EvoKids Privacy Policy. Cookies are used to enable the functionality of certain areas and to improve user experience.

License

Unless otherwise stated, Evolution.Life LLC and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on EvoKids, including but not limited to: AI models, algorithms, text, graphics, user interface design, and software code. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

You may access EvoKids for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions. You must not:

• Republish material from EvoKids
• Sell, rent, or sub-license material from EvoKids
• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from EvoKids
• Redistribute content from EvoKids
• Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or replicate AI models or algorithms
• Use AI-generated recommendations for commercial purposes without written consent

Children's Data

EvoKids is designed to analyze children's abilities and talents. By creating an account and entering data about children (name, age, development data), you confirm that you are the legal guardian (parent, guardian) of the children and consent to the processing of this data for the purposes of operating the Service.

Children's data is processed exclusively for providing personalized development recommendations and AI consultations and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

You may delete children's data from your account at any time.

AI Disclaimer

Recommendations provided by the AI assistant EVA are informational in nature and do not constitute medical, psychological, or other professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals for specific concerns regarding your child's development, health, or education.

Subscriptions and Payments

Access to premium features of EvoKids requires a paid subscription. Payment can be made via bank card, international payment systems, or cryptocurrency as offered on the website.

Subscriptions are prepaid and non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon or required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access will continue until the end of the paid period.

The Company reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Fees already paid are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you breach these terms.

Content Liability

We shall not be held responsible for any content that appears on third-party websites linked from EvoKids. No link(s) should appear on any website that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene, or criminal, or which infringes or advocates the infringement of any third-party rights.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will:

• Limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury
• Limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law
